The Warden’s Room

The ground floor room, known as the Warden’s Room, where churchwardens once brewed their ale, measures 7.3 metres x 4.7 metres, and fully complies with the requirements of disability access. It can comfortably accommodate gatherings of 30-35 people in various layouts and has overhead lighting which can be adapted to suit different purposes.

The Layamon Room

The Layamon Room is named after the famous 13th century writer priest of Areley Kings. The room measures 9.2 metres by 6 metres and is accessed by stairs. It can accommodate over 60 people in lecture room format and 50 when seated at tables.


Facilities

  • Both rooms are centrally heated
  • 13 amp power points
  • WiFi
  • Galley kitchen equipped with microwave oven, hotplate, cutlery, crockery and glassware
  • Ladies and Gents toilets, plus a disabled toilet and baby changing facilities
  • Tables and chairs for up to 60 people
  • Car parking for 20-25 cars
